Setting the stage for tomorrow.

The Master Plan guides the future of the Park Township community.

A Master Plan is a collaborative document that defines how a community will use its land by setting priorities and identifying goals for the future.

The Planning Commission’s Master Plan Mission is to sustain Park Township’s rich heritage by focusing on community, recreation, and nature.

Protecting the present. Growing into the future.

The main goal of the Master Plan is to guide the physical development of Park Township. In shaping how we create spaces for people to live, work, and play, this Plan also aims to enhance how we experience our neighborhoods and community.

Voice of the Community

Understanding both what you treasure in this community and where improvements are needed has been crucial to this process and in helping Park Township target changes to meet the challenges and opportunities to come.

Over 400 people participated in the most recent Master Plan update process.
